The room was spacious and historic, complete with a comfortable bed and an impressive ceiling height. The breakfast buffet featured seasonal dishes that really stood out. However, the overall cleanliness, especially in common areas, was lacking, and the check-in experience was unwelcoming, leaving a disappointing first impression.

great stay but accessibility issues
The historic charm of my room made the stay enjoyable. The mountain view provided a stunning backdrop during my visit.
Accessibility was a concern due to no elevator access.

Finding your way around can be quite the adventure—getting to our room on the top floor felt like navigating a labyrinth, with many guests appearing just as lost. Charging devices is tricky due to a shortage of outlets, and the noise from the bustling restaurant below can keep you awake at night, especially if your room lacks a microwave to manage midnight snacks. Additionally, the absence of elevators makes lugging suitcases upstairs feel laborious. I noted some cleanliness issues in the dining area and concerns regarding maintenance, such as air conditioning units that sounded like they were auditioning for a horror movie.

definitely stop here again
I loved the room with 2 queen beds, antique decor, and a large bathroom. It had a refrigerater and great a/c that worked well. The restaurant served top-notch meals, and the cherry bar adds a cool touch. Walking to attractions was super easy, making it a fun trip in Cody!

The dining scene at Irma is a real highlight! Their prime rib buffet was a hit, and the drinks at the bar didn't disappoint either. Plus, the restaurant staff were genuinely charming, making every bite a pleasure!
We had a little hiccup on one night with a lukewarm dish, but they did make an effort to rectify it. Aside from that, it was mostly smooth sailing, even with a quirky ghost hunting show echoing in the halls!

Unique historic experience in Cody
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel that felt like a time capsule of the Old West. The antique furnishings and Buffalo Bill memorabilia throughout created a rich atmosphere, and dining at the restaurant was both a treat and a unique experience loaded with historical flair. However, it would be great if they could update some amenities, as the lack of an elevator can be a challenge.
